When I complain about the weather, my husband always likes to remind me that somewhere up there, above the clouds and rain, the sun is shining. This fun shrug will keep you warm until the rain passes and you can go out to enjoy the blue skies again.

This shrug is worked from the bottom up in the round. You will start by working the rain inspired lace motif, then move on to the clouds colour work section, followed by decreases and then finishing with a long collar which folds over to give extra warmth and protections from the weather.

To choose your size, measure around your torso and arms at bust level. Choose a size with enough ease to wear comfortably over a coat or winter jumper.
