An aran weight Granny stripe cowl in two sizes. Initially inspired by the big tops of the circus. Go for big with statement colours or keep it small and subtle.
Materials (small):
Three Bears Yarn, aran; 50g/80m/87 yds, 100% Blue Faced Leicester. 2 balls in Blue, 2 balls in pink, 1 ball each in Heather Red, Green, and Ecru
4.5mm hook (US 7) & 4mm (US G-6)
Material (large):
Paintbox Yarns, wool mix aran, 100g/180m/196yds, 50% wool, 50% acrylic in Buttercup Yellow, Dolphin Blue, Lipstick Pink, Mandarin Orange, Pure Black, Sailor Blue, Spearmint Green, Tea Rose, Vanilla Cream, Washed Teal
382 grams used in total. Approx 20 rows to every 100 grams
