This pattern is available from yarn.com for $6.00.

This cozy cowl is worked from the top down. It gradually widens as it hits the shoulders and uses an array of textured and slipped stitches to make an interesting statement piece or a more subtle wardrobe staple. It works well for both men and women and knits up rather quickly in three colors or you may use a single color if you prefer a more monochromatic look. Pattern is available as downloadable PDF.
