Amie Beanie
Amie Beanie was part of Tante Grøns advent calendar in 2025. It is a beautiful hat with several different cables that suits both an everyday jacket and a winter coat. Amie Beanie can be worn as a classic hat, and with an extra fold it can be worn as a fisherman’s beanie.
Amie Beanie is knitted from the bottom up in a cable pattern. The work begins with an Italian cast-on in twisted rib, which gives an elastic edge. Then the rib edge is knitted, after which you continue in the cable pattern up through the hat.
