What you will need for each icicle:
2 knitting needles (US1/2.25mm or size required to match tension advice)
5g white cotton yarn
2 plastic toy safety eyes (6mm)
A scrap of polyfil
Skills used:
Casting on and off

Decreasing
Stitches used:
Stocking stitch
