This sampler scarf is composed of panels or blocks each containing one of three distinct patterns:

• a block of stockinette stitch
• a block featuring a raised rib
• a block of seed stitch

These blocks, when repeated, make up the design. The entire scarf is actually seamless, despite its appearance.

This scarf knits up quickly when made from bulky and super bulky weight yarns. Just one skein of Lion Brand Yarns Wool- Ease Thick & Quick in the shade Linen was used to make the scarf in the photos. You will get a scarf that wraps around your neck two times. If you wish to make the scarf longer please note that you will need more yarn.

You should be able to knit and purl stitches in order to complete this scarf.
