The Anniversary Shawl was created as a celebration of
the first anniversary of the launch of Hand Dyed Diva Yarns.
Designed by Sandi Rosner, this shawl is a celebration of the exuberant colors brewed up by the divas, Ladianne Henderson and Sheri Osborne.

Fingering Weight Yarn
approximately 1200 yds total; 400 yds each of 3 different colors

Yarn used for Sample:
Hand Dyed Diva Homegrown Sock; 80% Superwash Shaniko Wool, 20% nylon; 400 yds/100 gr

The sample pictured was made with 1 skein each of Fairy Blue (A), Turquoise and Sterling (B), and Wild Violet (C)

What is Shaniko? It’s a fully traceable blend of Merino and Ramboillet grown and processed in the United States. Shaniko is wool you can feel good about!

Needles:
US size 6 (4mm) circular needle 24” long

Notions:
Stitch marker, blocking wires and pins, size G or H crochet hook, sharp scissors

Gauge:
24 sts and 30 rows = 4” in Star Stitch, after blocking.
While gauge is not critical for this project, if you work at a different gauge it will change both the size of your finished shawl and the amount of yarn required.
