When my friend and fellow knitwear designer, Angela Tong, told me she was expecting another baby girl, I set out to create something special just for her. With just a single skein of exquisite, handspun novelty yarn and a few yards of bulky, you can create this uber-stylish baby knit in only a matter of hours. This top is intended to grow with your child; style it as a long tunic on a newborn, then use it as a T-shirt for up to 24 months! Swap the rose-plied yarn out for a tweed or boucle, and this will be approrpiate for boy babies, too!
