The Beauty Crown headband is an extraordinary accessory created in a unique way to flawlessly underline your individuality and emphatically complement your outfit.

It can be used as an ear warmer or as a fancy add-on.

The Beauty Crown headband is worked vertically, flat, in two parts connected as you go.

The stitch pattern is created using the short-row technique, standard crochet stitches (US terminology), and special stitches to link shorter and longer rows.

Crochet level: Intermediate to Challenging Intermediate.

You need to know how to work a slip stitch, yarn over slip stitch, hdc, and e-hdc; be ready to learn some Pattern-specific slip stitch modifications, and follow the instructions carefully.

It is best to learn from the Video Tutorials, as many stitches need explanation as you go.

Materials:
If your yarn is different from recommended, here are some hints.

1. Yarn: 150 - 250 m per 100 g, approximately 50-60 g. Choose solid colors or hand-dyed yarns, or color-changing yarn. Z-twist yarns will give a different stitch definition; not all can be recommended.
2. Crochet hook size 4.5 – 5.5 mm, or what works with your yarn.
3. Tapestry needle for finishing and weaving in.

Main Steps

1. Part 1. Work the upper part of the crown and connect it to form a circle.
2. Part 2. Connect the second part as we go, completing the circle at the end. No seaming here. This part has to be located on your forehead.
