This very easy to hook scarf is made with a corner and angled ends using a textured stitch pattern worked in the back loop that looks similar to ribbing. The scarf can be finished with a slip stitch edge or fringe can be added to the ends. Make it any size you wish with any weight of yarn by changing the hook size to suit your yarn. My sample scarf was made with a cake of Caron Cupcake (244 yards of #3/DK weight) and a size H (5mm) crochet hook. It measured 42” along the neck x 4.75” wide x 58” along the bottom edge. If you want a wider or longer scarf, you will need more yardage.
