Ridge Runner is a warm wrap worked from side-to-side in crochet for a ribbed look. It begins at the longest side and decreases to the arm length desired. Once the body is finished the neckband can be added in Tunisian knit stitch or worked in single crochet. Turned it into a poncho by seaming the front edges together. Close it with a pin or add buttons or snaps. The pictured wrap was made with 650 yards of worsted weight yarn and a size I (5mm) crochet hook for the body. You’ll need a size J Tunisian crochet hook with cable for the neckband unless you work it in single crochet. Finished size after washing was 26” neck x 13”/28” long x 55” around. If you change the sizing, you will need extra yarn. The four page pattern has written row instructions and two crochet charts for the body and the neckband.
