Flowers are worked individually using A and joined to each other at 2 side points to form a circle for circumference section of the pullover. Then, a chain using A to link flowers and 1 sc at 2 top (and lower) points frames the flower chain.
This linked chain is crocheted into along top and lower edge of this chain to form the frame. Color B is used to join the framed flowers along the center.
