Bermondsey beret is a neat little beret knitted in the round using 4ply wool. The main beret is knitted in a simple 2-colour fair-isle, and the headband has a contrast facing, adding a hint of colour when the hat is worn.

The pattern comes in 2 sizes - womens’ small-medium to fit a 55-58cm/21.5 - 23 in head, or a medium to large for a 59-62cm/23-24.5in head.

I’ve given exact yarn weights for each colour in the pattern, so odd bits of yarn could be used up.
Main colour 28 - 33g
Contrast colour 19 - 24g
Facing 3 - 8g

I have also designed separate patterns for matching mitts and beanie.
