This is a pattern for a little gift I made for a friend. I was looking for a beer cosy pattern that is knit from the bottom-up to get the size right easily and to be free in my choice of yarn. I couldn’t find one quickly, so I made up my own.

It is a very fast knit. So you could even make different coloured ones for all your friends to identify their bottles or make it bigger to fit a bottle of wine for the white wine lovers in your life… Endless possibilities.

And yes - it really keeps the beer cool longer while your hands stay warm.
