This bag, which was originally designed as a donation for an e-book which never materialized, has been dormant in my design playbook for over a year – sort of the antithesis of spreading light, which was its original intent. I thought it was time to give this beautiful bag its due. The crochet fabric is fairly straight forward – just one rectangle. The mixed weight of the fiber and the beads make it interesting, and the making up is also easy, so don’t let the additional notions list throw you! Find a great purse frame and some wonderful lining fabric, and make yourself a super elegant art piece.
