Bloom as You Go Blanket is a sweet, textured design that works up surprisingly quickly, and can be made to any squared size. The flowers are constructed in the round, ‘as you go’.

Use yarn of any fibre and weight - single colour, ombre, or change colours for each round in the repeat, or for each repeat (for example, pastel rainbow).

Skill level is adventurous, advanced beginner to intermediate.
Knowledge is required of the following US stitches: Ch, Sl St, SC, DC, HTR (instructions also provided), and BpDC (optional border design only).

Instructions include diagram and charts for a number of repeats, and images for flower construction. An instructional video for flower construction is also linked in the pattern document. Bonus pattern variations document is included for additional flower designs (written instructions) and wider flower spacing (chart only).

The example projects are made with approximately four balls of Redheart Super Saver worsted weight yarn.
