Cactus Bloom is inspired by rolling mountains, abundant sagebrush, and the occasional pop of color along the Nevada landscape. This sweater is knit seamlessly from the top down. The beginning of round occurs at the center back neck. The color pattern is achieved with stranded knitting. Where possible, in the charted portion, slip the first stitch of the round when beginning a new section to avoid color jogs.
Shown in a slightly cropped length, Cactus Bloom is perfect for layering over long or short sleeved tops and dresses. The length is easily modified to be shorter or longer – just be sure to take your yarn needs into consideration.
