The Campsite cosy was inspired by camping holidays and camping out in tents in the garden. The campsite scene on the tea cosy is more one of wild camping, out in the woods where the hares hop about and the rivers flow plentiful with fish.

It’s a really fun tea cosy to make and I can imagine that people’s imaginations run wild with this pattern and other elements could be included. I’m sure that ‘dolls house’ pieces could be added to the campsite to make it look more lived in. Maybe a cooking pot by the fire or a guitar lent up against the tent.
