Simple construction and textured ribs make this cowl a perfect combination for interesting knitting and an amazing result!
Work in the round top down, Canne al vento features eyelet ribbing all along the body and shows a slight increase in bottom circumference for a better fitting.

Sizes: one size

Final measurements: height: 25 cm / 9.75”; neck opening: 54 cm / 21.25”; bottom circumf: 64 cm / 25.25”

Gauge: 20 x 26 = 10 cm /4” with 4 mm (US 6) needle in stockinette st

Yarn: approximately 180 metres /196 yards of DK yarn. Yarn used in the sample: Mirasol K’acha (90 metres / 50 gr; 60% merino, 25% alpaca, 15% silk); color 1200.

Notions:
Needles 40 cm / 16” circular needle size 4 mm (US 6) or needle size needed to obtain the gauge.

ERRATA:
Round 5 has an error: it reads (K1, yo, 1/2 LC, p2). It should read instead: (K1, yo, k2tog, 1/2 LC, p2). The corresponding chart is correct.

Slip sts should be slipped purlwise with yarn in back unless differently specified.
