This pretty lace crescent shawl is knitted from the top down and starts with a simple eyelet top edge. The body of the shawl is then worked in stocking stitch, with short rows to create a curved shape. A lace border is then worked along the bottom edge, finishing with a picot cast off.

Instructions for the lace sections are provided as written instructions, with optional charts for those who prefer them, so if charts aren’t for you, don’t worry.
