Chamounix Mittens
These mittens look complicated but take advantage of the built-in patterning of a self-patterning sock yarn. That means you knit happily away while the yarn does the work!
Finished palm circumference: 8.25 (9)“
Finished length (edge of cuff to center of tip): 8.75 (9.5)”
Sample shown in Arne & Carlos color Star Night #03653 and Regia Silk color natural #0005
Patterns takes 2 (2) skeins of patterning yarn and 1 (1) skein of solid -- approx. 250 (290) skeins of patterning yarn and 75 (90) of solid. If you want identical patterning, you may need more yarn so that you can start both mittens in the same place in the repeat.
