Charlotte is 4-in-1 cropped top, long top, tunic and dress pattern.

About Design:
Charlotte is a sleeveless summer garment with a square neckline, featuring high waistline with a lace belt, moss stitch upper body, diamond lace pattern for lower body and crochet edge hem. You can choose out of 4 length options: cropped top, long top, tunic or dress.

Construction:
First, the lace belt is worked across the waistline. The edges of the belt are sewn with the mattress stitch. Then the stitches for the upper body are picked up from the selvage stitches of the belt. The upper body is worked in the round bottom up on circular needles, with increases at the sides of the piece, then divided for front and back and finished separately. The shoulders are sewn with mattress stitch. Then the stitches for the lower body are picked up from the selvage stitches of the belt. The lower body is worked top down on circular needles with diamond pattern. There are two options for hem: crochet edge or knitted edge with garter stitch.
Video tutorial is provided for crochet edge.
