Construction
This raglan is worked in one piece from the top down. The Yoke is worked back and forth until neck shaping is complete, then joined and worked in the round to the armholes with raglan shaping. When the raglan shaping is partially complete, instructions are given separately for the Body and Sleeve shaping, which are worked at the same time, but at different rates.
The Sleeves are then placed on hold while the Body is worked to the lower edge. The curved split hem is shaped with short rows. The bottom edging is increased at both ends to form a mitered edge, which is then sewn to the body. The Sleeves are worked to the cuff.
You may work the Cable Panel pattern from the text or charts.
