Clara’s Garden is an afghan knit in motifs. Each motif is knit in the round using 2 strands of yarn held together throughout. Colors are dropped and added to create a shaded effect. Motifs are blocked to an octagon shape and are then joined together with squares. An i-cord edging completes the piece. Each square has an embossed leaf design to complete the “Garden”. The finished afghan is 54” x 60”after blocking.
