The Claude Top is a boat neck top knitted top-down in 1x1 broken rib stitch with raglan increases at the top of the shoulders. The armholes are finished off with I-Cords.

• Needles: 4 mm (40 cm & 60/ 80 cm) + 3.5 mm (40 cm or DPNs - used for i-cord)
• 3 +1 stitch marker (one that‘s different from the other three to mark the beginning of the round)
• Yarn: DK yarn (yarn that‘s 100-140 meters/ 109 -153 yards per 50 grams), for example: 200 (250) 250 (250) 300 (300) 300 (350) 350 (400) 400 grams of Peacock Yarn 100% Bamboo/ Tencel/ Cotton/ Linen (250m/ 100g; shown in color „Monet collection - Grainstack in the mist; in bamboo)

The top should be knitted with a positive ease of approx. 7 - 10 cm.

For example:
If your bust circumference measures 87 cm, then you should knit a size 3. This will give you a positive ease of 9 cm. If you‘re in between sizes I would recommend choosing the larger one.

I decided not to specify on the length of the top. As it is knitted top-down you can easily adjust the length to fit you best. Note that the yardage is based on a cropped to regular fit.
