ABOUT PATTERN
The Cloud Skirt is worked from left to right on circular needles
and is knitted with leftover yarn in filet net stitch.
You will start with a stretchy cast-on and work back and forth
in filet net stitch to the end.
Then, bind off the stitches and sew the two edges together.
Pick up stitches along the top edge and work the waistband in
the round in stockinette stitch. Insert the elastic and bind off
stitches at the same time.
