Country Quilt
From the book: Show pride in your heritage with classic quilt blocks in patriotic colors. The pattern is worked in sportweight yarn, so each chart square represents two stitches, not one.
The pattern specifies: Sportweight acrylic yarn, approximately:
-
22 oz (2200 yards / 2012 meters) cream, MC
-
8 oz (800 yards / 732 meters) burgundy, A
-
20 oz (2000 yards / 1829 meters) navy, B
-
Size D crochet hook or size to obtain gauge
-
Yarn needle
Gauge: 25 dc and 12 rows = 4”
The afghan is worked in three panels of 196 rows each. Charts for the four motifs are included, as are instructions for which motif is used where in each panel, an assembly diagram, and instructions for the joining and borders. The pattern begins on page 12.
