D-Man is a sock pattern with a seemingly complex textured pattern, but in reality it is simply knit and purl. The
pattern is good at breaking up variegated yarn and with its simple lines is well suited for the men in a knitters life.

Oh, and D-Man? It’s short for either “Dear Man” or “The Man” because these socks were first knit for the man in my life!
