Dandelion Bunny Cushion
A bunny knitting pattern for a round rabbit-shaped cushion, worked in DK yarn.
Meet Dandelion, a sleepy character cushion with knitted ears lined with fabric, a pompom tail, and an embroidered face. A confident beginner pattern for knitters who are comfortable working in the round.
The instructions are clear and easy to follow, with each stage broken down so you can work at your own pace. Knitters regularly say the patterns are quick to knit up, which makes Dandelion a great gift option if you have a deadline in mind.
The finished cushion measures 46cm / 18in in diameter and is worked in two circular panels joined with a zip, so you can remove the cushion pad for washing.
The ears are knitted in the round and lined with your own choice of fabric, giving each Dandelion a personality all of her own.
Yarn options are given for two yarns:
King Cole Majestic DK and Knit Picks Swish DK. Both are widely available and work beautifully at this tension.
A lovely pattern for a nursery, a child’s bedroom, or anyone who is quietly obsessed with rabbits.
