Try something new and different with this beautiful triangular shawl with woven stripes.
The technique for these stripes is really easy; you just carry your contrasting color yarn while slipping stitches.

MATERIALS
Yarn: 2 skeins of BFL Singles by The Uncommon Thread (100% blue faced Leicester wool; 437 yards 400 m/100g); or approx. 600 yards of fingering weight yarn in 2 colors. You will need 300 yards in color A (shown in colorway Tea Smoked - warm pink) and 300 yards in color B (shown in colorway Bois - deep brown).
Needles: US 6 (4 mm) needles.
Other notions: Tapestry needle, blocking pins or wires.

There are 2 colors used for this, and you can carry the yarn you are not using up one edge. There is no need to break the unused yarn each time.
