These are awesome, warm, cozy slipper socks. Perfect for cool spring mornings. You determine the length on these socks, by using your foot measurements.

Advanced Beginner skills needed, you will learn to work an actual heel into these, by using short rows. You will need to know front and back post stitches. This is a great project for someone looking to build their skills.

I like to work both socks at the same time, to make sure they are the same size. Using one skein for each, I’ll work 1 cuff, then the 2nd, etc…..

Materials used to make my socks:
Red Heart Super Saver Stripes Derby Stripe 5 oz skein 236 yards
You will use 160 yards for each sock
Clover Amour 4.5 mm hook
yarn needle for weaving in ends and seaming the toe shut.

This is my first pattern with short row heels and it was really fun to make. I hope you enjoy making them too. <3
