3. Upon submission of your order, we’ll send you a confirmation message to verify the name and date. Once we receive your confirmation, we’ll commence the preparation of your personalized pattern.
4. Your personalized pattern will be ready for download on Etsy, typically within 72 hours of receiving your confirmation message.
5. Take the time to review the pattern carefully once it’s available to ensure that the name is correct. Note: In the event that the customer notices any spelling errors post-design and finalization of the pattern, they may be subject to an extra charge at the full price so please make sure the Name and Date entered is accurate.
