I don’t know if this has ever come up before, but for a couple of seasons I skated for the Peck, Idaho Lady Lumberjacks. I was one heck of a jammer, if I do say so myself. We didn’t win very often, but I always made sure the other team went home with plenty of rink rash and a bunch of stories to tell the grandkids. My skater name was Dolly DeMolish, the Unicorn Bomber. For old times’ sake, I had Franklin do up a replica of my old gear. It was a custom job, of course. The horn on the helmet was my idea, and not only did it scare the other team, it was also a great place to store my doughnuts until halftime.
