Double Twist Headband
The Double Twist Headband has the twist of the mock cable pattern, and the secret weapon of a hidden ponytail holder, which keeps the headband on with perfect comfort and prevents the knitted fabric from getting stretched all out of shape over time.
This headband is the perfect use for the yarn left over from making socks, shawls, or other fingering yarn projects. It uses only 35 or so yards of yarn, and knits up super-fast. The mock cable pattern is easy to learn, even for beginners, and doesn’t require a cable needle.
Easy to make, fun and comfy to wear, uses almost no yarn - you’ll love this headband!
