A simplified version of High Seas made on bigger needles, with plain WS rows.

Easy Seas is also available as part of the knit/lab Waves volume 2 and knit/lab Easy Patterns eBooks.

The pattern combines 2 variations of a sweeping asymmetrical wave motif to dramatic effect.
There are 2 versions of this pattern, 2010 (4th image down) has lots of left-leaning decreases and 2015 (top 3 images) has lots of right-leaning decreases.

2015 is knit on 5mm/US8 needles with 3 balls/670yds/630m of Rowan Kidsilk Haze, 582 Trance
Dimensions: a parallelogram, 80in/200cm by 23in/59cm

2010 is knit on 7mm/US10/US11 needles with a sport weight yarn, approximately 720yds/660m.
Dimensions: an 80in/200cm by 17in/43cm parallelogram. The short ends flare out to 22in/56cm.
