TRIGGER WARNING
I was informed after sending out my newsletter that the cement boots reference upset some people who thought I was being political. The reference, as you will see if you buy the pattern, was to Sharon’s beef with Jean from I.T. Sharon ordered an aquarium and had it delivered to Jean from I.T. in the office (because I won’t let her have one.) But JFIT apparently hid it and it really pissed off Sharon. So, Sharon does lead you through a non-violent cement boot meditation (she gets there eventually - I promise) but if this might trigger you, you shouldn’t read the supplemental Sharon’s Mental Health Tips PDF.

Also, I was not referring to the Super Bowl with the title of this - I don’t even watch football.

Effuchief is a combination of Effuary and Handkerchief. It is a simple knit and if you would like to make it longer, it’s very easy - just continue doing the increases.

You can also help your own mental heath (since Effuary - and life right now - is so tough for a lot of people) by participating in Sharon From Security’s personal wellness instruction. One visualization involves cement boots, but don’t worry because it’s part of Sharon’s road to mindfulness and it can be yours as well.

Mental Health Lesson 1 is available as a separate document with purchase. How many more lessons will there be? Who the hell knows?!
