• How’s that? A yarn crawl? Yep - even if you can’t travel, or shops aren’t able to open yet, we’re on: the Slow Crawl is virtual this year, too! That actually means you can join in from anywhere!
• Get a passport from this shop or other participating shops (they’re $10)
• Starting May 22nd, visit all the shops - online, or safely in person once that’s an option
• Each participating shop will give you the download codes for their pattern and a sticker or stamp for your passport (purchase required for virtual “visits”)
• Fill up your passport, and be eligible for prizes!

Our Emma hat has been a much-loved pattern in the shop, so we wanted to add a matching cowl to complete the outfit. This cowl is simple enough for a newer knitter, and relaxing for a more advanced knitter.

Difficulty Level: Advanced Beginner

Size: 12” tall by 18” wide after blocking

Yarn: Malabrigo Worsted – 2 skeins

Needle: US8 – 24” Circular Knitting Needle

Gauge: On US 8 in seed stitch pattern 4” x 4” = 18 stitches by 28 rows after blocking

Notions: Cable Needle, Stitch Markers (1 beginning of round, 3 smaller), Tapestry Needle for weaving in ends
