UPDATED VERSION - Emper Hat 1.0

Needing a cute hat for a trip to Iceland, I made a quick stop into Harriet and Alice while visiting my parents. I grabbed this beautiful skein of Emma’s Yarn Simply Spectacular DK in colorway Briar Rose and found a perfectly matching furry pompom!!! My goal was to keep me distracted from the long flight and have a new hat by the time we landed in Reykjavik.

Well, somewhere over Greenland I bound off - mission complete!!! Unfortunately, the weather in Iceland was extremely rainy and windy so I didn’t get a chance to wear my new Emper Hat- but winter is coming to California soon!!!!!

Wear plain, or with a matching yarny or contrasting faux fur pompom.

Sizes to fit: one size. Suggestions to adapt the hat to different sizes are given in the pattern.
