Knitting Pattern for a Small and Elegant Scarf in a Classic, Sophisticated Cable Pattern (Short | Long)

Structure:
The small scarf is worked in a delicate cable pattern in one piece. First of all, you work a lot of increases for the first rows. The increases seem to “flow” out of the edgings into the 2x2 ribbing, creating the sophisticated and classic cable pattern. As soon as the total number of stitches is reached, the cable pattern repeat is worked steadily to achieve the shorter or longer length of the design. Then, you work decreases corresponding to the increases section of the scarf and once again, the cable pattern in 2x2 ribbing seems to flow into the edging. The scarf is relatively small and can be worn tightly around the neck, making it suitable for everyday use.
