First shawl of year 2016!!!

Starting the year of 2016 with an easy and fun shawl pattern is definitely delightful to me. This is a shawl that you can knit in any sizes you want by repeat working with a single chart only.

There are two sizes available in the pattern and I made a medium size using only 550yard of fingering weight yarn. To make much larger size shawl, simply add a multiple of 40 stitches at the cast on.

Materials:
Yarn: Tumbleweed Yarn Aubrey Fingering weight – Fern 400Yard/100gm (600yard, 800yard)
Needle: 6.5mm and 4.0mm
Gauge: 21sts=4 inches
Finished Size: 23” x 54”
