This fabric crochet basket uses approx 3 yards of fabric cut in to approx 40 yards of 3 inch strips.
(You can use 4 strands of 4ply ww yarn worked tog for approximately the same effect.
To make this approx 5 inch basket, you will need (in addition to the fabric) a Q hook and a smaller hook (ie L) to weave in ends, safety pin, twist tie or some other sort of stitch marker and scissors.
