Fan and Marigold Lace
Fan Lace edging has scallops that alternate left and right.
Marigold Lace edging has gold “flowers” that hang between filet triangles.
Called “Fleurettes” in 1000 Mailles.
Pattern 16, pgs 37-38 of Decorative Crochet issue 70.
Advanced.
Lace A = 2 3/8” deep
Lace B = 3.25” deep
About 405 yards for both laces (increase amount for different length) and small amount golden brown for lace B.
Gauge:
One motif A is 1” wide and 1.75” high. Sample made 25.5” long.
Round 1 of flower B is 0.5” in diameter. Sample made 25.5” long.
