STANDARD VERSION:
The simplicity of crocheted fans combines with some more advanced stitches (Linked, Chainless, Foundation). This cowl pattern produces a beautiful result while giving you the opportunity to extend your crochet capabilities.

EASY VERSION:
The more advanced stitches are changed for more basic equivalents to enable beginner crocheters to complete this scarf.

Choose any chunky yarn, grab your 9mm hook and within a few hours you’ll have a beautiful scarf to wear or to gift.

Different colors, fiber content, and yarn style produce visually different results.

I’ve made 3 different versions using 3 completely different yarns (as per the photos). My testers had a lot of fun with this pattern. One of them even made a 2nd one immediately!

Requirements:
100-115meters Chunky (12ply) yarn.
Yarn needle
Crochet Hook: 9mm/M
Gauge: 4 dc and 2 rows = 5cm (2”) square

Stitches:
Basic stitches
