NOTES
• For techniques you don’t know, please visit our online knitting glossary at www.interweave.com/interweave-knitting-glossary.
• This blanket is made with 120 unique blocks. The construction of each block is the same; the arrangement of colors is different.
• A list of the color combinations is provided. The color combinations are represented as a series of letters. For example, “DABCE” means Section 1 of the block is worked with color D, Section 2 is worked with color A, Section 3 is worked with color B, Section 4 is worked with color C, and Section 5 is worked with color E. All five colors are used in each block. As you complete each block, check it off on the list.
• Live stitches are placed on holders on all four sides of each block. Use short lengths of smooth waste yarn as stitch holders.
• Each block will have ten yarn tails. It is recommended that you weave in ends as each block is completed instead of leaving them all to the end.
• Blocks are joined using the Flat Three-needle Bind-off method. After the blocks are joined, a narrow border is worked on each side of the blanket.
