Flamborough
An A-line open-fronted cardigan with moss stitch edges and a collar in cable, moss and net mask patterns inspired by ‘Flamborough Pattern I’ in Patterns for Guernseys, Jerseys and Arans by Gladys Thompson.
Flamborough is where most of my childhood seaside trips were taken: my grandfather spent his early childhood there when his father (my great-grandfather) was vicar of St Oswald’s Flamborough in the 1920s and early 1930s.
