In Portuguese, Flores means “Flowers”. I find the name Flores very romantic. The bangle looks like it is laced with flowers. So I named it, “Flores Bangle”.

Flores Bangle is an easy pattern with scallops or flower-like design. You can easily whip it up just within an hour or so in colors of your choice.

Based on my previous experience, these kind of bangles are a perfect for a teenager. Even a grown-up who loves adorning their hands with bangles/ bracelets will sure love it.

You can wear it as a single bangle or make a few of them and layer it to give an added pizazz.

Suggested Yarns:
I’ve used a Fingering weight yarn for making this cute bangle. However, you may use any type of yarn and an appropriate hook for that yarn to make the bangle.

I used approximately 20 yards of Color A & 14 yards of Color B in Fingering weight to make this bangle. The yardage may differ if you change the yarn weight.

Tracie, one of my testers used a 9” round metal hoop that used to be part of her Christmas ornament. She used Patons Grace yarn and the same hook as mentioned to make this bangle. You’ll find her bangle in the projects section. It looks awesome!

I Used:
DMC Senso Microfiber Cotton(60% Cotton, 40% Acrylic; 150 yds (137 m)/1.52 oz 43 g; CYCA #3): #1115 Aqua(Color A), #1101 White(Color B), 1 ball in each color.

Crochet Hook Size:
3.25mm/ D-10 crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.
