When I first set out to design a crochet flower scarf, I knew that I wanted to use a cotton blend with a bit of sheen. Lion Brand LB Collection Cotton Bamboo is the perfect yarn for this project because of its softness and touch of shine. The repetitive nature of this project means you can pick it up and put it down easily without losing your place. And the best part? No seaming!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

HOOK: US G6 (4.00 mm) crochet hook (or size to obtain gauge)
YARN: DK (3) - 725 yds (663 m)
Suggested Yarn: Lion Brand LB Collection® Cotton Bamboo Yarn - 52% cotton / 48% rayon from bamboo. 235 yds (215 m) / 100g 6 skeins total, 1 of each color
Colors used in sample:
C1: Magnolia #098
C2: Hibiscus #139H
C3: Hyacinth #107
C4: Snapdragon 174E
C5: Persimmon 135F
C6: Cherry Blossom #102
NOTIONS: Tapestry needle, scissors, steamer or iron with steam option, spray starch

GAUGE
Rnds 1 - 3 of flower = 3”, after steam blocking
Exact gauge is not crucial for this accessory as there is ample excess yarn to complete the project should you find your gauge slightly looser than stated. For reference, C1 had approximately 22g remaining while colors 2 - 6 had approximately 56g remaining.
