Positive ease approx + 25-30 cm measured around chest for a comfy fit. If your measurements around chest (or widest part upper body) is 92 cm you will fit size M (positive ease 20 cm). Choose a size based on the width and adjust length in arms and body if necessary. Remember that you need to have the right gauge if the measurements are to be correct. It is important to choose the right needlesize. A tip is to measure width on a sweater you like, and choose the nearest fit.
