“I designed this stole for someone who likes casual and playful design. Cuffs have been added to a knitted rectangle shawl. It sounds simple, but the rectangle’s balance is important.
It looks like a cardigan when you put your hands through the cuffs. Then, you open your arms, and you look like a flying squirrel. You can also wear it around your neck as a big stole.”− Michiyo
CONSTRUCTION
- Rectangle Body is worked with Size A needle in Broken Rib pattern. Contrasting color stripes are worked at both ends.
- At the end, you will bind off all stitches except those that will be worked for the Cuff. The stitches for the other Cuff will be picked up and knit from the cast-on edge. The sides of the cuff are then sewn together.
