A garment that is fun to knit and practical to wear, Follow the Lines Cardigan brings together two colors for a half-and-half, playful stripe combination. Make it bold and high-contrast or subtle and elegant; the choice of color can also be based on wardrobe and personal style.

The cardigan is worked flat in one piece from the bottom up, with fronts and back separated at the sleeves. Both colors are used at the same time, one for the right side and one for left, meeting at the middle of the back, using the intarsia technique. From time to time, one color is used for the whole piece, alternating and creating the stripes. Sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round, with stripes worked in the cuff area mirroring the main body design. Sleeves end with a rolled cuff.

Sample is 44”, cover model is 38.5”, second model is 34”
